Effective immediately, Wolf and Mermaid Enchanted Roasters is now offering catering. 

“With our extensive experience serving food to thousands of discerning customers in outdoor festivals and farmers markets, it is a logical next step to bring our specialty coffee and fresh food offerings to customers at their location,” Partner/Co-founder Kate Kudynska said. 

Catering options include Wolf and Mermaid’s fresh roasted, specialty coffee as well as sandwiches, breakfast burritos, croissants and “streusel muffins” – based on a traditional Polish recipe used by Kudynska’s grandmother. 

Just like in the shop, Wolf and Mermaid offers gluten free and vegan options – including a vegan burrito and “the best gluten free burritos available in the state of New Mexico”.
