State High School Mock Trial Finals Occur Friday And Saturday In Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE — About 230 students from across New Mexico will participate Friday and Saturday in the finals of the state high school mock trial competition, which will be held at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court.

The winner of this year’s Dog Jog logo contest is Peter Bakasi, a talented Piñon Elementary School sixth grader who produced a sweet and imaginative drawing showing a happy pup getting ready to take part in the Dog Jog.

ALBUQUERQUE — The New Mexico Activities Association is excited to announce the recipients of the 2025-2026 NMAA Foundation Scholarships.

The NMAA Foundation recognized most of the students receiving these scholarships during the Nusenda Credit Union State Basketball Championships. Some will also be honored during the NMAA State Spirit or Spring Championships.
