The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

KYLE DAVID NEWELL 

Oct. 13 at 2:55 p.m. / Police arrested Kyle David Newell, 22, of Abiquiu in Los Alamos and charged him with failure to stop for a school bus, failure to display current valid registration plate and driving on a suspended or revoked license. 

JESSIE NEGRETTE 

Oct. 15 at 4:22 / Police arrested Jessie Negrette, 44, of Española in Los Alamos on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant.
