ESTEBAN ROMAN LUCERO

March 21 at 10:23 a.m. / Police arrested Esteban Roman Lucero, 34, of Ojo Caliente at East Road and Airport Road and charged him with receiving stolen property: Firearms <$2,500; Negligent use of deadly weapon; Possession of drug paraphernalia; and Possession of controlled substance.

MICHAEL COTE

March 26 at 12:08 a.m. / Police arrested Michael  Cote, 49, of White Rock in Española and charged him with battery against a household member.
