Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

TRACY MARTINEZ 

Jan. 31 at 1:15 p.m. / Police arrested Tracy Martinez, 50, of Española in Santa Fe County on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant.

DARRYL MATTHEW SUGAR 

Feb. 3 at 11:29 a.m. / Police arrested Darryl Matthew Sugar, 72, of Los Alamos at Maple Drive and charged him with battery. 

RAY HEISMAN SHORTY 

Feb. 7 at 1:08 p.m. / Police arrested Ray Heisman Shorty, 49, of Tohajiilee at  2500 Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant.

JULIUS ACE ALLEN

Feb. 9 at 11:50 a.m. / Police arrested Julius Ace Allen, 32, of White Rock at Park Land and Longview and charged him with Operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquid; unlawful use of license, driving when privilege to has been revoked; Operators and chauffeurs must be licensed; Speeding and; Mandatory financial responsibility.

DIANA ADELA PACHECO 

Feb. 9 at 8:53 p.m. / police arrested Diana Adela Pacheco, 37, of Santa Cruz at Pojoaque Tribal on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant.

STEVEN THOREN 

Feb. 12 at 1:12 a.m. / Police arrested Steven Thorn, 35, of Rio Rancho at  2500 Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

JOSEPH JAMES OGRADY

Feb. 13 at 1:52 a.m. / Police arrested Joseph James Ogrady, 21, of White Rock in Española on an outstanding Magistrate Court bench warrant.
