Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

DUSTIN RAY DYE 

Jan. 10 at 11:44 a.m. / Police arrested Dustin Ray Dye, 31, of Rio Rancho at 2500 Trinity Drive on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. 

JAVIER DUARTE-GASTELIUM 

Jan. 11 at 5:52 p.m. / Police arrested Javier Duarte-Gastelium, 21, of Los Alamos at 945 San Ildefonso Road and charged him with aggravated battery against a household member: Great Bodily Harm.
