The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

MICHAEL KOWALCYK 

Aug. 12 at 10:23 a.m. / Police arrested Michael Kowalcyk, 32, of Tierra Azul in Española on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant. 

ADAM JACOB GARCIA 

Aug. 14 at 3:06 a.m. / Police arrested Adam Jacob Garcia, 28, of Los Alamos at the Ponderosa Pines Apartments and charged him with aggravated DUI.

MAXINE NAM

Aug. 14 at 10:55 a.m. / Police arrested Maxine Nam, 19, of Los Alamos on Serrano Avenue and charged her with battery against a household member.

NICOLE DESTINY ATKINSON 

Aug. 15 at 1:15 a.m. / Police arrested Nicole Destiny Atkinson, 34, of Española on Trinity Drive and charged her with DUI; open container; unlawful use of license and driving on revoked license.
