She was born and raised in Los Alamos and graduated in 2012. She has deep roots in the community. She knows very well the strengths and weaknesses of the public schools.

Being the mother of two young children enrolled in the public schools, she is passionate about giving every child the opportunity to succeed, whatever path they choose.

Mrs. Stephens is energetic, has the enthusiasm of youth, and a lot of innovative ideas to make schools better with the support of families, community, and our teachers.
