Aug. 18 at 10:14 a.m. / Police arrested Ramses Fernando Loera, 46, of Española at Diamond Drive and charged him with driving while license suspended or revoked.

Balderas: Gary Gregor, Teacher Who Assaulted Multiple Students In Rio Arriba County Sentenced In Second Case

SANTA FE — Attorney General Hector Balderas has announced that Gary Gregor, former teacher in the Española School District, was sentenced to six years of incarceration for his sexual assault of a second grade student at Fairview Elementary School during the 2006-07 school year.

A jury found him guilty of 3rd-Degree Felony Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor under 13 years old.

AG: Albuquerque Man Gets Prison For Human Trafficking

ALBUQUERQUE — Attorney General Hector Balderas announced Friday that Mario Morales was sentenced to seven years in the Department of Corrections, the maximum amount of time allowed under a plea in which Morales plead to the trafficking of a woman in Albuquerque.
