NMDOT News:

GALISTEO — A Bridge Approach Lift project will begin on NM 41 in Galisteo, NM.

The project entails the injection of stabilizing material under the approach ramps to the bridges south of town. This material will expand as it sets to raise the ramps to the current level of the bridge decks and help to stabilize the ground underneath the approaches.

Starting Thursday, September 11, 2025, traffic can expect lane closures beginning at milepost 55 to milepost 56.5. There will be a flagging operation in place to allow motorists to pass through the work zone. Work is expected to take place from 7:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. each day and the entire project is expected to be completed by September 16, 2025, weather permitting.

The contractor for this project is Nortex Concrete Lift & Stabilization, Inc.
