Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

KEVIN LEE PEREZ 

Jan. 17 at 11:07 a.m. / Police arrested Kevin Lee Perez, 39, of Albuquerque at Diamond Drive/Orange Street on an outstanding District Court warrant. 

RICHARD ALAN DOERGE 

Jan. 19 at 1 a.m. / Police arrested Richard Alan Doerge, 60, of White Rock on Garver Lane and charged him with battery against a household member,  false imprisonment and Interference with communications.
