Aug. 23 at 6:54 p.m. / Police arrested Raquel M. Arn, 38, of the Jemez Pueblo at 37th Street and Orange Street and charged her with aggravated DWI; Blood concentration of .16 or more.
ALONNA CARTERÂ
Aug. 24 at 3:46 p.m. / Police arrested Alonna Carter, 26, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
